The swimmer Gemma Mengual and the karate player Daniel Quintero have chosen from among the more than 130 types of Spanish cheeses that exist, demonstrating that it is possible to enjoy this tasty and traditional food from the Mediterranean diet while maintaining a healthy and balanced diet.
