Crunchy bread crunch, raspberry chutney, Murcia al Vino Cheese and fried almonds by Pulga

- Murcia al Vino Cheese
- Crystal bread
- Fried almonds
- Truffle oil
- Apple vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt
- Sriracha
- Red fruit jam
Preparation

- Cut the glass bread into thin slices. If you have a toaster or a hot frying pan, toast them lightly for 1-2 minutes to make them crispy.
- Cut the Murcia al Vino Cheese into thin slices or small pieces.
For the chutney:

- In a small bowl, mix the red berry jam with the apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. Add a few drops of siracha to taste for a spicy touch.
Finishing and presentation
- Place the slices of glass bread on the plate.
- Spread a generous layer of raspberry chutney on each slice of bread.
- Place the pieces of Murcia al Vino Cheese on top of the chutney.
- Sprinkle the fried almonds over the cheese.
