On 19 June, the 2nd edition of Quesea Training was held, which returned with a renewed concept to highlight the quality and great diversity of cheeses in Spain and crown this treasure of our gastronomy as ‘King of the Summer’.
The 2nd edition of Quesea Training was carried out with the collaboration of MasterChef World and 10 former contestants of the successful TV show, who showed all their creativity through 10 cold and delicious recipes to enjoy during the summer period and easy to replicate at home.
Marta Solano and the master cheese tuner José Luis Martín hosted the event, sharing tips on how to enjoy our cheeses to the full and highlighting the importance of preserving and promoting our cheese heritage, which is vital for rural communities in Spain and their development.
