Crunchy bread crunch, raspberry chutney, Murcia al Vino Cheese and fried almonds by Pulga

Ingredients

    • Murcia al Vino Cheese
    • Crystal bread
    • Fried almonds
    • Truffle oil
    • Apple vinegar
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Salt
    • Sriracha
    • Red fruit jam

Preparation

    • Cut the glass bread into thin slices. If you have a toaster or a hot frying pan, toast them lightly for 1-2 minutes to make them crispy.
    • Cut the Murcia al Vino Cheese into thin slices or small pieces.

For the chutney:

    • In a small bowl, mix the red berry jam with the apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. Add a few drops of siracha to taste for a spicy touch.

Finishing and presentation

  • Place the slices of glass bread on the plate.
  • Spread a generous layer of raspberry chutney on each slice of bread.
  • Place the pieces of Murcia al Vino Cheese on top of the chutney.
  • Sprinkle the fried almonds over the cheese.
