Salad of Torta del Casar Cheese, Iberian cured ham, raspberries with dried fruit vinaigrette and honey by Amelia Platón

Ingredients

    • Torta del Casar Cheese
    • Iberian ham
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • Salt
    • Raspberry vinaigrette
    • Pumpkin chips
    • Nuts
    • Poppy seeds
    • Chia seeds
    • Arugula
    • Raspberries
    • Honey

Preparation

  • Lay a bed of rocket.
  • Crumble the Torta del Casar Cheese into large chunks and place on the rocket.
  • Place the slices of Iberian ham interspersed with the pieces of cheese.
  • Distribute the raspberries over the salad.
  • Sprinkle the pumpkin seeds, chopped walnuts, poppy seeds and chia seeds over the ingredients.

For the vinaigrette:

  • In a small bowl, mix the raspberry vinaigrette with the honey and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Whisk the mixture well until it is well integrated.

Finishing and presentation

  • Drizzle the raspberry-honey vinaigrette over the salad.
  • Add a pinch of salt to taste.
