Salmorejo toast with Zamorano Cheese and cecina topping by Verónica Gómez

Ingredients

    • Zamorano Cheese
    • Salmorejo
    • Rustic bread
    • Cecina
    • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

  • Take two slices of rustic bread and toast them.
  • Spread the toast with the salmorejo and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Put some Zamorano Cheese on top and blowtorch.

Finishing and presentation

  • Finally, chop the cecina into very small pieces and sprinkle on top.
