Preparation
- Take two slices of rustic bread and toast them.
- Spread the toast with the salmorejo and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Put some Zamorano Cheese on top and blowtorch.
Finishing and presentation
- Finally, chop the cecina into very small pieces and sprinkle on top.
