Health & Sports by InLac recognises the work of the healthiest influencers<\/h2>\n

The first edition of the GenZ Awards had a strong focus on health and sport, thanks to the Health & Sports by InLac award, promoted by the Interprofessional Dairy Organisation (InLac for its acronym in Spanish) through its \u2018Quesea con Quesos de Espa\u00f1a\u2019 campaign.<\/p>\n

This award recognised Sergio Peinado as the best creator of health and sports content in 2023 on social networks, a space in which he inspires and motivates thousands of young people with his advice on healthy diet and physical exercise.<\/p>\n

\u2018Human beings are born to move, no matter what, because in the end they gain both in mental health and physical health, and that makes everything much better. That’s been my goal since I started creating content. Effort and hard work is one of the keys to life\u2019, explained Sergio when he picked up the award, where he also shared the nomination with influencers Vikika Costa, Coc\u00f3 Constans and Crys Dyaz.<\/p>\n

Cheese is not only a treasure of our gastronomy, but also provides enormous properties and nutritional benefits for sports practice. It contains high-value proteins, vitamin B12, folic acid and calcium, nutrients that are especially recommended for a good diet. In fact, calcium is one of the most important minerals for the human body, helping to form and maintain healthy bones, as well as being essential for the functioning of the nervous and muscular system.<\/p>\n
