_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font_size=&#8221;16px&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Place the wedge of Manchego Cheese on the cutting board.<\/li>\n<li>With knife or mandolin, cut thin slices of Manchego Cheese (the slices should be thin enough to bend without breaking, but not so thin that they crumble).<\/li>\n<li>Take a slice of Manchego Cheese and fold it slightly in half lengthwise.
